You’re the people’s manifesto, Ahiaukwu wards assure Prof. Ibe

The people of Olokoro in Ahiaukwu ward l & ll have assured total victory of the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA in the forthcoming general election.

Making the assurances respectively at Amangwo-Olokoro, Ahiaukwu ward l and Ekerifeze-Umuajata-Olokoro, Ahiaukwu ward ll in Umuahia South L.G.A, of Abia State during a ward tour embarked by the Abia Central Campaign Council of Prof. Gregory Ibe, the leader of Udo Obodo Women Association Federated, Chief Mrs Naomi Okezie; Mr. Okechukwu Osondu; Ahiaukwu ward l & ll APGA Chairmen, Chief Philip Oleghibe and Mr. Augustine Ogbonna; APGA State Youth leader, Mr. Nwaoha Henry among others who spoke, maintained that the ruling party, the PDP has never defeated APGA in the area.

While giving a vehement assurance that the APGA will continue to maintain the feat, they expressed strong conviction that Prof. Greg Ibe and the House of Assembly candidate, Chief Emmanuel Egwu has come to develop and improve on the feat recorded by the late Premier of the Eastern region, Chief Michael Okpara and the late former governor, Chief Onunaka Mbakwe.

They decried that for 23 years running, Abia and her citizens have been earnestly yearning for a change, adding, “We will never betray APGA and in this 2023 election, there must be a change in Abia State”. 

 Earlier in his speech, the Leader of Abia Central ward tour of Prof. Greg Ibe Campaign Council, High Chief Enyinaya Onyekwere assured that APGA is in the 2023 general election in Abia State for a positive change.

He encouraged the mammoth crowd that attended the event to get their Permanent Voter Cards and join hands with the party to deliver Abia from the perceived maladministration.

He described Prof. Greg Ibe as an employer of labour, the highest investor in Abia State and a philanthropist divinely destined to lead Abia.

Speaking also, the State Woman leader of Prof. Greg Ibe campaign council, Hon. Chief Mrs Stella Nwaohamuo encouraged the women to join hands with the party as APGA has come to change the face of Abia for good.
