You are a gift from God, Eze Ajomiwe eulogises the sterling attributes of Agu Oriendu


The traditional ruler of Oriendu autonomous community, Ohuhu clan in Umuahia North L.G.A, of Abia State, Eze Pst. Philip Ajomiwe has harped on the need for the well-to-do in the community to make the welfare of the indigent widows a priority.

Eze Ajomiwe who was speaking to a cross section of Journalists at his palace shortly after one of their illustrious sons, High Chief Uche Patrick Ogbonna distributed 100 bags of rice to the indigent widows in the community, maintained that those who cater for the widows receives bountiful blessings from God.

He lauded High Chief Uche Patrick Ogbonna for the humanitarian services he has rendered and still rendering to the poor masses.

His words, Agu Oriendu, High Chief Uche Patrick Ogbonna is a gift from God. He is a son, God has given us. He is a gift to not only the Oriendu autonomous community, Ohuhu clan, Umuahia North, but to the entire Abians.

“If you don’t remember the widows who don’t have husbands, their only husband is God, you are gone. Remember that those women that benefited from the philanthropic gesture of High Chief Uche Patrick Ogbonna have no husbands to cater for them; and Agu Oriendu picked up the responsibility and he is doing everything for them.

“He is causing joy to spring up in their lives. He is doing everything to make the widows have the feeling that God is there for them and he is also helping the youth and Oriendu autonomous community as a whole”.

Eze Ajomiwe who commended High Chief Uche Patrick Ogbonna for doing great in the community and assured him of the community’s support.
