With God and Prof. Ibe, the future of Abia is bright, Campaign Council assures Isialangwa North People

The people of Isialangwa North L.G.A, of Abia State have been called upon to boldly come out and join hands with the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA in this all important task of ‘liberating Abia”, from the stranglehold of bad governance.

Mr. Chikaodi Dennis, Chairman, Abia APGA Elders stakeholders forum, who made the call during the Prof. Greg Ibe Abia Central campaign council visits to Ohuhu-Nsulu, Ama Asaa ward l; Ikputu, Umunna-Nsulu ward 2; and Okpuala Umuelemoha Nbawsi ward 10, maintained that the forthcoming general elections remained the right time to rebuild Abia State.

Mr. Dennis who appreciated the mammoth crowd that turned out during the tours despite the Local Government, having about two guber candidates from various political parties, also appreciated the Isialangwa North People for the love they have for Prof. Greg Ibe and APGA.

He said, “Instead of having political leaders imposed upon us, we have the God-given opportunity to select our leaders, thanks to President Muhammadu Buhari, the INEC and the electoral law”.

Speaking also, High Chief Lucky Erondu, Zonal APGA Chairman Abia South who solicited massive votes from the Isialangwa North electorate, assured that Prof. Ibe will lead Abia to the land of El dorado, informing the people further that the era of election malpractices are over with the signing of the electoral act.

“Our destiny solely lies in our hands, so we should wake up and join Prof. Ibe to  rebuild Abia. Let’s vote out the government of the more you look, the less you see”.

Also in their respective speeches, the Director of Special Duties, Prof. Greg Ibe campaign council, Mr. Charles Ukeagu and the State Woman leader of Prof. Greg Ibe campaign council, Hon. Chief Mrs Stella Nwaohamuo exposed and expounded the intentions of the APGA guber candidate to boost the local economy and ensure full implementation of 50 percent Affirmative Action in favour of women.

While describing the tour as a visit of hope and charity, they reminded the people that Prof. Ibe has the interest of Isialangwa at heart and with their votes, he has the capacity to lead APGA to victory in the local government.

Responding respectively, the people of Ohuhu-Nsulu in Ama Asaa ward l, who include: Mr. Chinemerem Amala, ward Chairman ; Mr. Allison Chidi Christopher, APGA Isialangwa North LG Chairman; the people of Okpuala Umuelemoha Nbawsi ward 10 who include: Mr. Joseph Nwachi, APGA ward chairman; Ohuhu ikeala Nsulu Youth President, Mr. Iteogu Ugbogu; Hon. Mathew Ogbonna; Lolo Glory Nnochiri and Mr. Joseph Nwachi, ward chairman of Okpuala Umuelemoha Nbawsi ward 10; Ward chairman of Ikputu, Umunna-Nsulu ward 2, Chiegeiro Obasi, Eziaha Solomon, Joy Enyinnaya and Elder Chima Nwoko described Prof. Ibe as the best among all the guber candidates.

They insisted that it is time to pay Prof. Ibe with the right coin, following all the selfless services rendered to the citizens. They vowed to go all out to convince others not to mortgage their conscience.

They equally maintained that Prof. Ibe is not only learned but has the capacity, ability, education and other qualities needed to change Abia.
