We are affecting all aspects of life in Umuahia South – Hon. Uzosike
The member representing Umuahia South State Constituency, Hon. Jerry Uzosike has informed his constituents to expect greater things in the year 2022, even as he maintained that his works have affected the lives of his constituents in all ramifications.
Hon. Uzosike who interacted with a cross section of Journalists in Uzi-Amizi autonomous community, Olokoro clan in Umuahia South L.G.A, of Abia State, also reiterated his stand to effectively represent Umuahia South in the State House of Assembly.
His words, “Umuahia South constituents have not seen any thing yet, we are going to do more. We will keep on doing our best. We have constructed a borehole at Ahiaukwu-Olokoro market, built bungalows for the indigent widows and others projects in Olokoro and other clans in Umuahia South State Constituency”.
Hon. Uzosike pointed out that the showers of chieftaincy titles and awards from the traditional institutions and other organizations is an indication that he can do more for his constituents as a lawmaker.
He described the relationship existing between him and the Executive Council Chairman of Umuahia South, Chief Humphrey Benson as cordial, adding, “He is following my footsteps and I love him so much because of the good things that he is doing”.
Earlier in his speeches, the traditional ruler of Uzi-Amizi autonomous community, Olokoro clan Eze Cyril Ogbenna expressed delight and fulfillment that Hon. Jerry Uzosike is doing well in the legislative aspect of his representation where he has remained vocal.
