Umuahia South: Hon. Uzosike To Construct A Three Bedroom Bungalow For Indigent Widow In Uzi-Amizi, Olokoro
Following his promises to keep providing homes and quality representation to the people of Umuahia South L.G.A, of Abia State through OGECHI CARES FOUNDATION, Hon. Jerry Uzosike, member representing Umuahia South state constituency has revealed plans to construct a 3 bedroom Bungalow for a less privilege family in Uzi-Amizi autonomous community, Olokoro clan.
Speaking at Eboh Square Uzi-Amizi, shortly after he was confered with ‘Omereoha’ chieftaincy title by Eze Cyril Ogbenna, the traditional ruler of the community during the Year 2021 Uzi Day celebration, Chief Uzosike who is also House Committee Chairman on Donor Agencies informed the community of his numerous developmental strides in the area within the period of two years in the State House of Assembly.
He recalled that his Ogechi Care Foundation had recently officially handed over a Bungalow he built for an indigent widow, Mrs Chinwe Anyaso at Umuajata-Olokoro and has provided same among other dividends of democracy to the three clans that made up the Umuahia South state constituency.
Chief Uzosike directed the President General Uzi Olokoro Aut.Com Mr Lucky Oriaku to liase with the traditional ruler, Council of Chiefs and forward to him a name of indigent widow he will construct a three bedroom bungalow.
