The book “A Legacy Of Service” unveiled in Umuahia…As Gov. Ikpeazu appreciates Fmr. NOA State Director for upgrading the educational standards of the people.
Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu has reiterated that his administration will continue to identify with and support corporate organizations and individuals that will upgrade the educational standards of the people.

Dr. Ikpeazu who made this known during the official book launch of “A Legacy Of Service authored by the former State Director of National Orientation Agency, NOA, Dr. Mrs Ngozi Okechukwu held at the Michael Okpara Auditorium, Umuahia, commended the author for her thoughtfulness in bequeathing ideas and knowledge to the younger generation.
The Governor represented by his Deputy, Sir Ude Oko Chukwu described the book as a product of hard work and worthy legacy of 35 years of service in NOA, State and Nation.
He further lauded Dr. Ngozi Okechukwu for being a wonderful partner with the State Government and for acquitting herself creditably through her numerous sensitization and advocacy programs that had impacted immensely in changing lives.
He used the forum to recommend the book to all because of the benefits therein.
In his remarks, the Chairman on the occasion and President NACCIMA, Chief John Udeagbala said the book “A Legacy Of Service” is a total testament and documentation of what Dr Ngozi Okechukwu has done in her selfless service, describing her as a woman of substance and expressed delight that the book will touch the lives of scholars.

Responding, the author of the book, Dr. Ngozi Okechukwu while appreciating all that honoured her invitation, said the book demonstrates her homegrown leadership and advocacy strategies that are significantly replete with applicable solutions to the Nigerian problematic Public Sector.
The 12 chapter and 303 paged book “A Legacy Of Service” was reviewed by the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Abia State University, Prof Ogbonna Onuoha, while it was unveiled by the Governor’s representative, Sir Ude Oko Chukwu.

The book launch attracted the presence of the SSG, Mr Chris Ezem, top Government Officials, Traditional Rulers, the Clergy including the Prelate of the Methodist Church, His Eminence, Oliver Aliaba, the Archbishop Chibuzor Opoko of the Methodist Church, Umuahia, Staff of NOA, Captains of Industry among other dignitaries.
