Testimonies as Prof. Ibe embarks on free medical outreach in Afugiri

Hundreds of people including aged women, men and young people have received free medical checks in Umuagu Ngolori-Afugiri in Umuahia North L.G.A, of Abia State.

The ongoing free medical/surgical outreach was sponsored by the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Professor Greg Ibe.

Speaking during the outreach, the Director General of Professor Greg Ibe campaign organization, Chief Emeka Okafor said they are hopeful the time is near when every Nigerian would have access to quality medical care and this he said could be achieved through the election of Prof. Ibe by the electorate in the year 2023 governorship election.
He recalled that the free medical outreach is a social intervention programme initiated by Professor Ibe since 1991 to give indigent members of society opportunity of receiving free quality medi-care.
He disclosed that tens of thousands of persons had benefited from the ongoing 2022 edition of the exercise which started on August 2nd.
According to him thousands of eye glasses have also been distributed in 17 Local Government Areas so far covered since the exercise started.

Appreciating the free medical outreach of Prof. Ibe, the Prime Minister of Egwu Ukwu autonomous community, High Chief Chukwunenye Igbokwe among others who spoke, encouraged Abia electorate to vote in a candidate who genuinely care about their wellbeing and wellness.
