Prof. Ibe will rebuild and reposition Abia – Abia Central Campaign Council assures


The people of Ubakala Ward A and B, Amakama and Old Umuahia Ward have been tasked to join hands with the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA to actualize the dreams of rebuilding and repositioning the state, being championed by Prof. Greg Ibe.

Addressing the mammoth crowd that welcomed the Abia Central ward tour of Prof. Greg Ibe Campaign Council at Ipupe-Ubakala, d, Umuobia-Olokoro and Umubioko-Amakama, the Leader of the team, High Chief Enyinaya Onyekwere, maintained that APGA is the right place to be and the year 2023 is APGA season in the state.

He also said that the essence of having an interface with the grassroots of the party and to tighten the loose ends in order to strengthen the formidability of the party. 
According to him, the ward campaign tour is going on simultaneously in all the senatorial districts in Abia, and after that, the party’s guber candidate, Prof. Greg Ibe would flag off his gubernatorial campaign.

Onyekwere who maintained that the ward tour is strategic, and the best way to prepare for the tough battle ahead, reminded the people that equity, peace, fairness and justice demands that power be shifted to Abia North, the district which has produced the best among all the other guber candidates, who is Prof. Ibe.

Speaking also, the State Woman leader of Prof. Greg Ibe campaign council, Hon. Chief Mrs Stella Nwaohamuo pointed out that Prof. Ibe meant well for Abia and her citizens, hence the need to give him the desired maximum support.

She said the team embarked on the ward tour to make fishers of men, apostles and disciples of Prof. Ibe, whose legacies are glaring in almost all households in the State.

Lending his voice, the APGA House of Assembly candidate for Umuahia South State Constituency, Chief Emmanuel Egwu encouraged the people to brace and brave up and join hands with the party to change the narrative in the forthcoming general election.

“If we want dividends of good governance, we should vote for Prof. Gregory Ibe and other APGA candidates. Let us get it right this time. Go and win souls, convince them that Abia will be great again, once APGA emerge victorious in the next election”, Egwu encouraged the people.

Mr. Chikaodi Dennis, Chairman Elders stakeholders forum further encouraged the eligible voters to get their Permanent Voter Cards, carry the message of Prof. Ibe to the nooks and crannies of the State, as votes must count in the forthcoming election.

In their respective speeches, the APGA Umuahia South L.G.A, Mr. Obioma Uluocha; Ubakala Ward A Chairman, Mr. Ogbonna Chigozie; Madam Jennifer Nwabugwu; Mr. Ubiaru; Amakama Ward Chairman, Mr. Onyebuchi Nmesirionye; Old Umuahia Ward Chairman, Mr. Amos Ugochukwu; Ubakala Ward B Chairman, Mr. Uwaeme; Ugwudiya Amaka Ibezim from Ubakala Ward B, among others who spoke, assured that they will work individually and collectively to ensure that Prof. Ibe and APGA emerge victorious at the polls.

They appreciated the APGA Umuahia South House of Assembly candidate, Chief Emmanuel Egwu for watering the ground for APGA in the area.
