…Holds meeting with Umurum-Ekeoba people
The African Democratic Congress, ADC candidate for Umuahia North State Constituency, Rev. Blessed Amalambu has maintained that he is gunning for the House of Assembly seat not to amass wealth but to right the wrongs in Ohuhu Constituency.
Speaking at Ama Umurum during a meeting with the people of Umurum in Ekeoba autonomous community, Ohuhu clan, Rev. Amalambu insisted that the year 2023 is the time to set the records straight, assuring that he will be the first legislator from the Constituency to publish amount given as Constituency allowance.
Amalambu who maintained that he has the needed knowledge and experience to represent Ohuhu Constituency, further assured that he will give Ohuhu effective representation.
He passionately appealed to the eligible voters to give him their hands through casting their votes to the ADC in the House of Assembly election.
In their respective speeches, the village chairman of Umurum, Mr. Nwanneakolam Osuagwu and Mr. Ahamefula Ogubuike said the era has gone when the electorate blindly vote a particular political party and that in 2023, they will elect only candidates that will bring back the dividends of democracy to the people.
They described Rev. Amalambu as God’s anointed and a real man who is on a divine mission to rescue and bring smiles on the faces of the masses.
