The outgoing Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of information and Strategy, Deaconess Caroline lgwe has tasked the Ministry of Information and Strategy workforce to discharge their duties diligently, bearing in mind that God will always reward diligent workers, bountifully. 

Speaking during the handing-over Ceremony held at the conference room of the Ministry of Information and Strategy, the outgoing Permanent Secretary thanked the management and staff for making her job easy, while she held sway at the Ministry.

She appealed to the workforce to extend their kind disposition toward the incoming Permanent Secretary.

Deaconess Caroline said she was leaving with great joy in her heart while advising all and sundry to always have eternity in view. 

Earlier, in the ceremony various Directors of the Ministry of Information and Strategy, in their speeches extolled the outgoing Permanent Secretary and recounted their experiences working with her. 

The brief ceremony featured praise and worship.
