Former Deputy Governor of Abia State, Comrade Chris Akomas, has appealed to Nigerian citizens for patience as the federal government strives to enhance the quality of life for all.
In an interview conducted in Nenu, within the Obingwa local government area, the former Federal Commissioner representing Abia at the Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission emphasized the importance of patience and unity as the nation undergoes reforms aimed at achieving sustainable democratic progress and ensuring food security and good governance.
Comrade Akomas encouraged Nigerians to consistently pray for and support those in positions of authority. He highlighted the joy found in sharing and urged everyone to extend a helping hand to others.
Expressing gratitude for the new year, the former Deputy Governor called on citizens to continue serving God, glorifying His name, and loving one another. He expressed optimism that the new year would bring increased democratic benefits to the people of Nigeria.
