In a heartfelt message, Chief Chidi Nkem Aruoma, President of the Umuahia Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (UCCIMA), expressed gratitude to God for the Christmas season and extended warm wishes to small business owners, the organized private sector, and the nation of Nigeria.
Chief Aruoma in a press release signed and made available to our correspondent in Umuahia, conveyed his confidence that businesses will flourish and prosper in the coming year, urging small business owners facing challenges to strategize anew by 2025.
Chief Aruoma commended the significant economic development projects in Abia State, highlighting initiatives such as the Abia State Industrial Innovation Park, AIIP in Ipu land, Ukwa West, the Medical Village, the Diaspora Village, and the international airport in Nsulu.
He praised Governor Alex Otti for these democratic dividends and the provision of free transportation for Abians abroad who are unable to afford travel costs due to the economic downturn, enabling them to reunite with their families during the festive season.
He also encouraged the affluent to consider ways to support their communities.
