In a heartfelt Christmas message shared via WhatsApp, His Royal Highness Eze Ben Oriaku, the traditional ruler of Umudikeukwu Modern Kingdom in the Oboro clan of Ikwuano Local Government Area, Abia State, extended warm holiday wishes to his community.
Eze Oriaku expressed deep gratitude to the distinguished sons and daughters of the community for their philanthropic contributions and humanitarian efforts, which have significantly propelled the community forward. He urged them to continue their commendable work.
The traditional ruler also acknowledged the unwavering support and strong relationship he enjoys with his community members.
He celebrated the decade-long peace and harmony between Umudikeukwu and Umudike, which will be commemorated on December 29, 2024.
Furthermore, Eze Oriaku expressed appreciation for Governor Alex Otti’s support towards traditional rulers in Abia State, under the leadership of HRM Eze Linus Ntoh, Chairman of the Abia State Traditional Rulers Council.
In his message, he offered prayers for the traditional rulers of Abia, farmers, students, and small business owners in his community, hoping that 2025 would usher in hope, peace, blessings, comfort, happiness, and breakthroughs.
He also advised the affluent members of the community to remember the indigent, vulnerable, poor, less privileged, downtrodden, and children with special needs during the Christmas celebrations.
