A 200-level student of Communication Arts, University of Uyo, Miss Stephanie Okafor, has emerged as the winner of the 2024 Vision Africa Icons Music Reality Show.
Stephanie from Imo State, smiled home with the top prize after competing in her fourth attempt, demonstrating resilience and determination that finally paid off.
Speaking during the event the Senator representing Abia Central Senatorial District, Senator Austin Akobundu (Rtd), pointed out that the work of Bishop Dr. Sunday Onuoha, the President Vision Africa International, is doing synchronizes with his vision, which is geared towards bringing Abia youths to limelight.
The Senator, represented by the Station Manager, Spin FM, Elder. Chidi Ụlụka, encouraged other well meaning Abians to key into this moving train of reshaping Abia youth and making them voices to be reckoned with which the Bishop has been doing for more than 10 years.
He commended the Methodist Bishop for reeling out youth enriching programs that bring out the best in them.
In his speech, the President, Bishop Dr. Sunday Onuoha, stated that the station is poised to ensure that it continues to impact society, and never shy away from their responsibility of touching humanity.
Earlier, the Chairman of the occasion, and Chairman, Board of Directors, Sir Ogalla Osaka, commended the President Vision Africa Radio, Bishop Dr. Sunday Onuoha, for the work he has done over the years, noting that the Board will continue to complement the work done by the Methodist Bishop.
