Distinguished personalities in the society, Saturday, showed up to support Mrs Ngozi Uche Okoroafor, as she celebrates her golden jubilee birthday anniversary with a party in Umuahia, Abia State capital.
The distinguished personalities who were in attendance include the immediate past Deputy Governor of Abia State, Rt. Hon. Ude Oko Chukwu, Dr Eme Okoro, former Secondary to the Abia State Government, HRH Eze Princewill Onyegbu, the Chairperson of NAWOJ Abia State Chapter, Comrade Josephine Ogwo among others.
In a brief sermon, Rt. Rev. Johnson Kalu, from Emmanuel Mega Parish, Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, encouraged guests to celebrate life in Christ.
He described the Chief celebrant as one that has seen the grace and blessings of God.
Interacting with our correspondent during the event, the Abia NAWOJ Chairperson, Comrade Josephine Ogwo, praised Mrs Okoroafor’s , administrative acumen, and steadfastness in character.
Ogwo, who prayed that her life be filled with countless blessings and peace, also prayed the Almighty God to continue to grant her sound health, wisdom, and strength to keep contributing to the progress of the society.
