MiracleFeet, an international non-profit organization that provides clubfoot treatment to children around the world has honoured a Nongovernmental Organization known as The Straight Child Foundation, TSCF with the year 2024 “Quality Performance” award and “2024 Elevation” award respectively.

TSCF earned the awards as a result of its exceptional improvement in Clubfoot tenotomy performance in FY24 and for the provision of clubfoot care in Nigeria which meets high global standards, according to the information made available by the MiracleFeet Technical Director, Anna Cuthel and Emmanuel Too, Director of Programs, MiracleFeet.
Reacting to the positive development, the TSCF Vision bearer, Dr. Mrs Peace Amaraegbulam, who appreciated God for the awards, said the honour recognition shows the quality of clubfoot care that is offered and accessed by children at the centres supported by the MiracleFeet/ The Straight Child Foundation collaboration.
Dr. Amaraegbulam, an Orthopedic Surgeon, encouraged parents to avail their children of such care whenever it is necessary.
Reacting also, a member of TSCF and Miraclefeet country Program Coordinator, Mr. Uchenna Egbe-Eni, said that the award is signifying that TSCF should put in more vigour in its job.

His words, “For us at TSCF. the award is an appreciation to a job well done, which implies more work. One thing is to achieve a feat and another is more work to sustain the achievement. We are really happy for Miraclefeet appreciating our commitment, dedication and diligence toward caring for clubfoot patients”.
Founded in 2010 by parents of children born with clubfoot, MiracleFeet, the largest global organization solely dedicated to ending clubfoot, which is a solvable problem for every child born with it, forever has helped change the lives of over 98,941 children in 37 countries.
