The Association of Professional Photographers, Abia State chapter, APPAS has encouraged Abia State Government to make photography an integral part of technical education in Abia State.

Comrade Destiny Dende, the Abia APPAS Chairman made the call in Umuahia, while interacting with our correspondent during the World Photography Day celebration.
The Abia APPAS Chairman who also saluted the effort of Governor Alex Otti in the every area of governance in the state, pleaded with him to ensure that the wage award of his government would reach the various artisan groups in the state, not forgetting the APPAS.
Dende, who espoused and expounded the Abia APPAS theme for the year 2024 World Photography Day, “The role and impact of true photograph in a new Abia”, passionately appealed to Governor Alex Otti’s administration to provide land for the Association to build its state Secretariat.
