Ahead of the commencement of the 2024 Batch “B” Stream 1 orientation course, the State Coordinator NYSC Abia, Barr. (Mrs.) Gladys Adama, has called for synergy and team work amongst camp officials, even as she harped on emotional intelligence in dealing with the Corps Members for a successful orientation course.

Adama made the call while addressing a general meeting of the course officials, at the Multipurpose hall of the Umunna Bende NYSC Abia Orientation camp.
According to the Coordinator, ‘No matter what, treat the corps members with love, deal with them as parents, brothers or Sisters.’
In her remarks at the meeting, the Camp Director, Mrs. Florence Animalu charged the officials to be dedicated and avoid over socialization, while the camp Commandant Major PC Otubo harped on synergy amongst all camp officials to achieve maximum security and discipline in the corps members.

In attendance at the meeting were all heads of committees and their members, with each committee head reporting on their level of preparedness for the orientation course which kicks off on Wednesday, 26th June.
