Umuahia Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, UCCIMA has enjoined Small business owners to adhere strictly to the highest standards of ethics and integrity guiding their businesses despite the current economic challenges ravaging not only Nigeria but the global village.
In an Easter message made available to our correspondent, the UCCIMA President Chief Chidi Nkem Aruoma, reminded the operators of Small and Medium Entlerprises, that Easter comes with a reminder that even in the darkest of times, there is always the possibility of light and transformation.
According to him, Easter celebration is not only the time to appreciate nature’s reawakening, it makes also meaningful connections, and cause one to look forward with optimism.
UCCIMA also joined other Chambers of Commerce to urge Nigerians to build a united nation, where business community can thrive and contribute to national development.
The Chamber reminded the government that finding the commonalities to build powerful businesses would create and sustain wealth, and also provide jobs, careers and fulfilment whilst improving lives.
While also wishing Nigerians a joyous Easter celebration, UCCIMA President further reminded them that Easter is a festive occasion that honours the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
