2023: I have God-given talents and I’m mentally, physically and mentally fit to serve Abia – Prof. Ibe…Says opponents jittery because they’ve nothing to offer.
Professor Greg Ibe, the Abia State Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA Tuesday, in Umuahia declared that he has the mental and physical energy to serve the State as governor in 2023.
Prof. Ibe who addressed a cross section of Journalists shortly after a meeting with APGA candidates in his campaign headquarters in Umuahia, observed that his opponents have talked all sorts of things about him and his perceived ill-health, since he went for medical trip but maintained that he is medically fit, and has God-given talents to run for the position of governor of Abia State.
“On my return, the first set of people that I asked my doctor to give my medical report was the party, the State Working Committee. They have everything about my health status. I don’t have headache and I don’t have any form of ailment apart from what (muscle tear) I got from serving the State, the Imo State as a weightlifter. And as you get old, the pain will start coming.
“So I had a surgery and instead of allowing it to go, I have been carrying it and campaigning, so the pain keep continuing. It is a sacrifice I am making to make sure that we liberate Abia”, Prof. Ibe clearly pointed out.
The Abia APGA gubernatorial candidate who disclosed the readiness and preparedness of his party to flag off their campaign, assured that once he flagged off his campaign that he will outsmart others along the way because, “They have nothing to offer the State”.
